Manage your member roster

MSTA provides an online portal for authorized CTA leaders to view, track, and export member data for their school or district.

Accessing the Roster

  1. Go to https://my.msta.org
  2. Log in using your email and password
  3. Click 'My Affiliations' in the left-hand menu
  4. Select your school or CTA name
  5. Click the (…) button and choose 'Manage Roster'

What You Can View or Export

  • Current Member List
  • Non-Renewed Members
  • Payroll Deduction Status
  • Renewal Progress

Tips for Use

  • Use the 'Non-Renewed' export to send personal reminders
  • Filter by building or role to target messages
  • Track progress weekly during recruitment season
