2026 Member Survey

MSTA surveyed members to better understand the realities of teaching today. Educators reported on the challenges they face, how often they think about leaving the classroom, and what motivates them to stay. While Missouri teachers remain deeply dedicated to their students, concerns about student behavior, lack of support, and low pay continue to strain the profession.
