MSTA has been awarded the “2020 Happiest Award” in the Government and Non-Profit category by TINYpulse, a Seattle-based company that tracks employee satisfaction. TINYpulse granted the award after collecting data from surveys filled out by employees of participating organizations throughout the past year. MSTA joins the ranks of winners in other categories, including Nintendo and Vanguard Group. MSTA Executive Director Bruce Moe says the award came after a year of resiliency and communication.

“Obviously, the past year was challenging for us as an organization and for our staff as individuals,” Moe said. “In the midst of that uncertainty, our staff demonstrated flexibility, commitment and trust. They were flexible when we had to change how we do things and even where we worked. They stayed committed to the mission of serving our members and they demonstrated a high level of trust in and empathy for each other. They earned it and I couldn’t be more proud.”
