The Southwest Region’s Fall Fling dinner and in-service will be held Monday, September 22, 2025 at the Double Tree Hotel, Glendalough Conference Center on North Glenstone, Springfield. Registration begins at 4:30 pm. Dinner will begin at 5:30pm.

Gathering with peers and colleagues for an evening of support and celebration is a great way to begin the school year. The support and understanding of our professional organization and members keep us strong. Come share your strength! We encourage and challenge you to bring a new member with you, or a colleague who is not yet a member. Both will Thank You! As many things change and we adapt, our love and passion for what we do does not. Fall Fling is a great way to connect, reconnect and give yourself an evening of self-care and if your district allows, some career ladder hours. We welcome Coach Barry Hinson, former basketball coach at Missouri State and now faculty member at Oklahoma State University. Coach Hinson will speak to the resilience, leadership and impact of meaningful student connections. In addition to Coach Hinson, we will be awarding our fall classroom grants to five educators. Get your game on and join us!!

List all members of your party on the registration form and submit as one registration. Names mailed separately cannot be guaranteed seating with the rest of your group. Tables accommodate 8 comfortably. Due to the rising cost of event expenses such as food, registration fees MUST accompany the registration form. Deadline for TEPS registration is Monday, September 15th. We look forward to seeing you at Fall Fling.
