You’re on the list,  !

Thanks for letting us know you’re interested in attending the Competitive Environments Panel at the MSTA Leadership Conference.

This optional session is designed for leaders from districts with multiple active associations. The conversation will focus on practical ways to strengthen MSTA’s presence, communicate clearly with members and potential members, and support recruitment and retention efforts.

Competitive Environments Panel

Monday, July 13
3:20–4:00 p.m.
During Breakout Session #2

Please note: If you attend this panel, it will replace your Breakout Session #2 selection.

What to expect

The session will be facilitated by experienced member service coordinators and will include panelists from highly competitive districts. They’ll share real-world examples, lessons learned, and strategies that may be helpful in your own district.

Topics may include:

  • Communicating MSTA’s value clearly
  • Supporting member recruitment and retention
  • Responding to common questions or misconceptions
  • Building stronger local visibility
  • Learning from leaders in similar district environments

No preparation is required. Just come ready to listen, ask questions, and share what would be helpful in your district.

We look forward to seeing you there.
