New Beginning Teacher Assistance Requirements

MSTA's Onsite BTAP covers four topics:

·       Classroom environment

·       Instruction and engagement

·       Professional communication

·       Education-related laws

Missouri's Teaching Standards, which are at the core of Missouri’s evaluation tools, are incorporated into the program. 
 

Onsite Event Details: The Onsite BTAP is a one-day event. Registration begins at 8:00; Program is from 8:30 - 3:30. Each participant will receive a BTAP Resource book and USB drive with content.

 

Participants will learn effective and engaging teaching practices and strategies for increased student achievement. Teachers will interact with each other. This is a great way to connect and network with other educators new to the field across Missouri.
