Staff Attorney: We are looking for someone to join our legal service department to assist our members with employment-related legal issues. We are currently seeking a Staff Attorney to operate out of our Columbia, MO headquarters. You will work with two other attorneys and a legal assistant to answer member’s questions on FMLA, ADA, EEO, and MCHR. You will also field questions concerning education law under the Teacher Tenure Act, IDEA, FERPA, etc. In addition, you will help create and provide training on these topics to members and coworkers.
