Explore the four dimensions of educator wellness in this month's book study. Through collaborative reflection, discussion, and action planning, participants will develop practical strategies for sustaining their well-being throughout the school year. Together, we will focus on actionable self-care practices, goal setting, and cultivating balance in our personal and professional lives, with an emphasis on creating habits that support long-term success and prevent burnout. Whether you're a classroom teacher, instructional coach, or administrator, this course provides a supportive environment for reflection, reset, and recommitment to your wellness journey.
