MSTA provides an online portal for authorized CTA leaders to view, track, and export member data for their school or district.
Accessing the Roster
- Go to https://my.msta.org
- Log in using your email and password
- Click 'My Affiliations' in the left-hand menu
- Select your school or CTA name
- Click the (…) button and choose 'Manage Roster'
What You Can View or Export
- Current Member List
- Non-Renewed Members
- Payroll Deduction Status
- Renewal Progress
Tips for Use
- Use the 'Non-Renewed' export to send personal reminders
- Filter by building or role to target messages
- Track progress weekly during recruitment season
