Who is eligible for Join Now, Pay Later

Anyone who was not an MSTA member in 2025-26 can use Join Now, Pay Later for 2026-27.

When do I pay dues?

You will not start paying dues until July. When you join, you can choose to pay your dues all at once or in installments. 

When do my benefits start?

You immediately have access to MSTA's member benefits. Note that eligibility for legal services depends on membership status at the time the problem arose. MSTA cannot assist with issues that occurred before joining. 

Do I need a new account?

If you have ever been an MSTA member, you already have an account. If you no longer have access to the email address you used to set up your membership, please contact member care.

How do I delay payments?

To defer payments until July, choose a start date after July 1, 2026. jnpl
