 Conference Outcomes: 

  • Learn more about MSTA services, benefits, and resources 

  • Collaborate and share promising ideas, practices, and tools to support leaders' roles in CTA 

  • Develop and define leadership skills to build relationships and enhance attendees' CTA 

This is a "learn and do" conference designed for MSTA/CTA leaders. 

 Notes: 

1. Please verify your name and contact information (CTA, home address, phone number, and email address). 

2. Select breakout sessions to attend.  

3. The following meals are provided during the event: Monday, July 13th, Lunch menu is Ozark BBQ:  

  • Smoked brisket

  • Broccoli Salad 

  • House Salad (lettuce and toppings to the side)

1:30 - 2:15 -- Breakout Session #1  

2:30 - 3:00 -- Capitol Classroom - Legislative Update (Expo) 

3:15 - 4:00 -- Breakout Session #2 – Panels & Focus Sessions 

This year’s Leadership Conference features a mix of panel discussions and interactive focus sessions designed to provide practical tools and meaningful conversation. Panel sessions offer a guided, conversational format where experienced educators and leaders share insights and respond to questions on timely topics. Focus sessions provide deeper, learning opportunities where participants can collaborate, explore strategies, and leave with actionable ideas to strengthen their leadership and support their local CTAs.

 Offsite Events: 

5:30 pm -7:30 pm  Dinner & Games at Midway Golf & Games  

Dinner will be provided for MSTA members who sign up for this event.  Registration is required.  An air-conditioned banquet hall with a private, covered patio have been reserved  and a cash bar will be available. Many yard games are available at no charge, including Giant Connect Four, Giant Battle Ship, Shuffle Board, Ping Pong, Cornhole, and Giant Checkers. Other activities can be purchased, such as mini golf games, 16-hole par-3 golf games, ax throwing, batting cages, archery tag and go-carts to name a few. You could also choose to reserve a TopTracer Golf driving range bay. 

 Day 2: Tuesday, July 14, 2026 

7:15 - 8:00 a.m. -- Breakfast 

7:15 - 9:45 a.m. -- MSTA Promo Store 

8:00 - 8:45 a.m. -- Breakout Session #3 

9:00 - 9:45 a.m. -- Breakout Session #4 

10:00 - 12:00 p.m. -- Closing General Session Keynote – Devin Siebold 

 Make your hotel reservations by calling 573-416-0447 or visiting the website. You must indicate you are attending the MSTA Leadership Conference -- IPO to receive the group rate.  If the reservation page or hotel staff says the room block is full, please call MSTA.  

Each CTA will be reimbursed for Monday night lodging (one room only) at the Wyndham Executive Center group rate after the event. MSTA only provides CTA reimbursement if staying at the Wyndham Executive Center via direct deposit to the CTA. If you choose to stay at another location, MSTA will NOT reimburse your lodging.
