2025 Assembly of Delegates

The 2025 Assembly of Delegates meeting will take place on Thursday, Nov. 20. Delegates will convene at 9:15 a.m. and then again after lunch at 1 p.m.

Delegates will be voting on MSTA's 2025 Proposed Resolutions. Once approved, these resolutions will set MSTA's legislative priorities and positions for the 2026 Missouri legislative session.

Delegates need to be approved by their local CTA leader before attending the 2025 Assembly of Delegates. Voting devices will be available for all delegates at the meeting.

Are you a first-time delegate?

Get prepared to participate in the Assembly of Delegates by attending a short first-time delegate session at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 20. Experienced delegates will provide information about the Assembly of Delegates process and answer any questions. This session also gives you the opportunity to connect with other first-time delegates from across the state.

While this informational session is optional, it is strongly recommended for new, first-time delegates who have never observed or participated in a meeting of MSTA's Assembly of Delegates.
